The website was accurate with the outside dimensions of the sling inserts; however, the internal fittings are not measured. In my case the inserts just fall out of the chair ends as the plastic does not touch the internal chair. Based on the inventory, I don't think my chair has a insert that will be a perfect fit, so I plan on building up the opening with putty and hope that does the trick.
