One Piece Chair Sling

Easy order instructions. Questions?... they pick up their phone on the second ring. The order came faster than anticipated. And their youtube.com installation videos give step-by-step instructions that give you confidence and all the info you need to do a truly professional job of replacing your slings. They are warm, country folks that have not gotten to big for their britches. They treat you like family. I highly recommend Slingmasters. TIPS: For a jack, i bought a 2-ton bottle jack at walmart cut a 2"x4" to take up about 10" of space and covered the top of the jack with duct tape to prevent scratching the chair frame.

So what do you do? You look out on the deck and see some old, weather-worn and faded chairs. You price new ones, then think "you must be kidding ...". Then what? You find SlingMasters! That's what. Good selection, great customer service and fast turn around on slings for my 8 chairs. Even over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The instructional videos give you what you need to know. If you have any mechanical ability, this is not a hard job. I doubt I could have done it without the spreader given my chair design, so keep that in mind. I disassembled all my chairs, power washed, cleaned and repainted with some Rustoleum Universal Paint. Then, installed the slings. They look fantastic and the sling quality is very good. Thanks!

We were either going to replace our chairs or have someone else replace the slings. Both were VERY expensive! I thought, there must be a way to do this ourselves so I searched and found Sling Master's You Tube video. I was sold! I was very pleased with the ease of the ordering process and the choice of colors! The weight and quality of the material is phenomenal and the instructions were very easy to understand and follow.

New slings look and fit great (veranda nutmeg) and were relatively easy to install. I have a woodworking spreader/clamp also and it got the job done....but only because I was strong enough to flex the tension bars a little to get them set in place. The fabric we used was much stiffer than what it replaced. The Slingmaster spreader tool would probably be the way to go if you have doubts. The chairs look good as new and are very comfortable. All the slings were perfect and with the spreader tool made it easier to replace them myself !!!!! Great product !!!!!! Definately will call again when I need to replace again !!!!! I'll tell all my friends for sure. You guys were soooo helpful !!!!!!!! Thanks !!!!!!

The order was flawless. We used a clamp/spreader obtained for $35.00 at Home Depot which worked very well. We did find it helpful to create a wooden spacer that we set low in the back to help spread the chair portion as we spread the frame from the very bottom. Once on the frame properly, the wood spacer was easy to remove. We will be ordering 6 new slings for 6 additional chairs very soon.

The material is great. Putting the sling on was okay except for an occasional tight fit. I had other bars to deal with. The video was extremely helpful and easy to follow. We now have 'new' chairs on our deck.

I found the product to be just as stated. I have never installed a sling before and it took me a couple of hours to do 4 chairs. I would buy from Slingmasters again. I'm a 58 year old women who considers herself a "do it your self" kind of person. You need to buy the tension tool, other wise I don't think I could of put the tension bar back in. And yes using a quick clamp helped keep the tenion bar in place. Love my patio set!!
