Made easy with detailed videos and of coarse Ryan answering the phone (even while he was on vacation)! I'm so impressed.

Slings for Winston Chairs
The Slingmasters slings look great on my Winston chairs. For assembly I needed to use both my car jack and two by fours with a hinge in the middle. My car jack wouldn’t fit in all the required positions, hence the two by fours. It was a bit of a bear to stretch the slings into position...but I made it happen. Renting the stretcher likely would have substantially simplified the process. The end result is super.

Sewing and material - top rate. Not "scooped" at the top of the chair like original which is minor. Hardest part was starting the folded seams in . ..

One piece sling for 6 table chairs and 4 bar height chairs
Terrific service. Ryan is extremely helpful. Videos are a great learning tool. Unlike other companies Slingmasters swatches are free of charge. We purchased the spreader tool which is a must. It's been two years since we reupholstered our 10 chairs and we are very satisfied. We recently inherited a table with 6 very large sling chairs and are in the process of ordering fabric for our next project!

Great Slings
We are extremely happy with out slings. They look good and appear to be better quality than what we had before. Expect many years of use. The spreader tool was required to put them on.

Like the color and pattern and was fairly easy to install after watching the instructional videos.
If we need more slings, Slingmasters is where we will go.

I followed the online video instructions and had no problem measuring, ordering or installing the new slings.

Excellent Customer Service
I had mismeasured my slings. They were a bit too wide and sagged. Slingmasters took them back and resewed them. They fit great now.
