The slings we ordered fit to a tee! The chairs turned out really beautiful and look brand new even though they are actually 8 years old. The video was extremely helpful! I have another set that will need new slings in a couple more seasons and you can count on another order from us!

Fast service (10 days), the replacement slings for our six 1993 Tropitone chairs came in a surprisingly small box. During a 1500 mile move to south Florida the van lines destroyed 4 of the chairs, smashed the table's glass top. The fix.... used the online services of sling master with one phone call because I was unable to find the square plastic inserts on their web page. Done!!!! A lot thicker material that matched the new color (silver) replacing the 90's green. So they we're faster and less expensive than a local company that did NOT have the inserts. Don't hesitate to use these fine people to supply your needs!

The owner of the business personally called to confirm the order, and he suggested smaller spline than what I requested, to make the installation easier. That was great advice. My wife and I put new slings on 4 chairs in about 1 hour, thanks to Slingmaster's YouTube instructional video. The material is high quality, the sewing and dimensions perfect. What more could we ask?

We were unsure of our ability to do a replacement sling project, but the instructional videos on how to remove the old sling, measure properly and then install a new sling gave us confidence and proved to effectively guide us to a successful completion. This was a new experience for me. I started with locals that charged me $90 labor per chair several years ago. I was looking for alternatives to being gouged by locals as some of my chairs were deteriorating. I viewed the Slingmasters video on Utube and decided that I could do this job myself. But at what cost. I called Slingmasters and they assured me I could do this myself with the proper equipment. They helped me pick out fabric by sending several samples to my house and encouraged me to buy their stretching tool. I just completed reslinging 4 chairs and a glider without difficulty and I would like to thank the Stars at Slingmasters for their help.
