2 piece chair sling
When I started this project, due to the unusual characteristics of my chair style, I knew it was unlikely we'd get it right the first time. The seat was 20 inches in the front and evenly tapered to 18 inches in the back. The finished material came from Slingmaster 18 inches in the back, and 19.5 to 19.75 in the front. Unfortunately, that half inch error would not fit, so each chair required some metal work (grinding) to make the new material fit. For the back of the chair, not a normal sling chair, I take the hit because I measured a half inch short on the length. As mentioned, these chairs were unusual. This review is submitted only because it was requested. It's not really meant as a complaint, just a caution to anyone with non-standard sling chairs to be aware your chances aren't good at getting it right the first time.

An amazing company to do business with.
Don Roy, family and staff do absolutely Everything they say they will and then some. Quality products, well made and faster yet delivery. If you want it any better than that you'd have to do it yourself. To be candid you'd never get close. Buy from them often and recommend you friends and family. It will NEVERTHELESS get any better

Great, hard to find product
This is my second set of chair covers. They are so easy to replace yourself by following their tutorials on YouTube. The owner, Don, is very easy to work with and him and his company do a great job!!

Sling Masters is the Way to Go!
We are very pleased with our Phifertex slings in Coral Topaz. The online instructions for sling replacement, plus the courteous assistance of Don, has made this little task a pleasure. If you are at all a do-it-yourself type, do yourself a favor and use SlingMasters products and instructions.

Saves a lot of money
I was able to repair six patio chairs instead of buying new ones. In some respects they are better than new. I followed the easy steps described on the website and with the fine workmanship on the slings was able to do all of the work myself.

double stitches
The slings are great. My only suggestion would be to perhaps do a double row of topstitching next to each other, rather than sewing twice in the same spot. It really shows when the stitch lines aren't directly on top of each other. I don't know what type of machine you use, but there are double needles out there that only have one shank and fit in most home-use machines. That way, you don't have to go over the piece twice. It uses two spools of thread, one bobbin, and you get double-needle tailoring in one step....just an idea.
